Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve EV charger sales targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including real estate developers, businesses, and individual customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Plan and run digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and track competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and marketing performance reports.
  • Represent the company at local trade shows, industry events, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 24 years of proven experience in sales and marketing (EV/automobile/renewable energy/technology sector preferred).
  • Strong understanding of EV market trends in India and sustainable energy solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to meet targets independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally across Kerala for client meetings.
  • Experience in the Solar industry will be an added advantage
