Sales and Marketing Executive

The Music School Bangalore is a contemporary music academy offering instrument and vocal training, along with professional music qualifications, from our Shanthinagar campus. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to help more students find us, and to guide them from their first enquiry through to enrolment.

This is a full-time, on-site role working closely with the school's leadership and front office. Success in this role means a steady flow of quality enquiries, prompt follow-up, and more enquiries becoming enrolled students.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and follow up on student and parent enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and in person

• Counsel prospective students on suitable courses and guide them through admission

• Conduct campus tours and trial class bookings

• Plan and run marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google and other channels

• Coordinate social media content with the media team

• Build outreach partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates and residential communities

• Promote school events, student showcases and workshops

• Keep enquiry and admission records up to date in our management system

• Report on enquiries, conversions and campaign results

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, admissions or a similar role

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing or communications

• Excellent spoken and written English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus

• Confident with people, organised, and consistent with follow-up

• Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing

• Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets and basic reporting

• An interest in music or education is a strong plus

• Willing to work on weekends, when our campus is busiest
