Role & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Hospital Management Software to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets
- Make 56 field visits per day to generate leads and convert them into clients
- Conduct product demos and coordinate with the implementation team
- Build strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups
- Maintain sales reports and provide updates to management
Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 03 years of sales experience (Healthcare / IT preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and close deals
- Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident
- Male candidates only
