Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Sales Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.

4. Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations to clients.

5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.

6. Monitor sales performance metrics and generate periodic reports.

Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and offline as per approved by management.
2. Manage the company's social media platforms and website to enhance brand awareness as per approved by management.
3. Conduct competitor analysis and keep abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .

Experience: 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role .

Skills:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
4. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
5. Time management and organizational skills.

Work Conditions:

• Flexible to travel for client meetings, events, or fieldwork as required.
• Office-based with occasional field visits.
