Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Executive. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting detailed market research, managing sales processes, and fostering positive client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Market Planning and Market Research
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in English a must, also must be fluent in Hindi and basic proficiency in Marathi is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years Work experience in the chemical or distribution industry is a plus and will be preferably considered
- Travel based job and expect some travel across Maharashtra and nearby states
