- Provide detailed information about Klariti Learning's courses, offerings, and enrollment process.
- Assist in generating leads through proactive communication and customer engagement
- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate to improve customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in **English** (both spoken and written).
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels, including phone and WhatsApp.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and extroverted personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
