Key Responsibilities

- Guide customers by explaining basic financial concepts and comparing different stock brokerage platforms to help them make informed decisions.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the sales process and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up with prospects, address their queries, and support them until the onboarding process is complete.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
