Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Faade / Building Materials (Fresher)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our faade and building materials team. The role involves supporting business development activities, building relationships with industry stakeholders, and promoting faade systems and building material solutions. Comprehensive training will be provided to help the candidate develop technical and commercial expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, faade consultants, contractors, developers, and project management consultants.
- Assist in promoting faade systems and building material products to key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients with support from the technical team.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, pricing benchmarks, and emerging faade technologies.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and execution teams to ensure smooth project support.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking events.
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and documentation related to sales and marketing activities.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding or strong interest in faade systems and building materials such as glass, aluminum, stone, composites, and cladding systems.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of faade systems and construction processes.
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable interacting with professionals across the construction industry.
