Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted corporate marketing strategies to promote domestic and international tour packages and flight ticketing services.
Identify, approach, and convert new corporate clients, driving B2B sales and long-term partnerships.
Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations (HR, Admin, Travel Desk, Procurement, etc.).
Create and present customized travel solutions, proposals, and corporate travel programs to prospective and existing clients.
Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine value propositions and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, reservations) to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Track and report on marketing initiatives, lead pipelines, conversions, and revenue generated from corporate accounts.
Represent Exoticyatra Holidays at corporate events, trade shows, networking meets, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications
Proven track record in corporate marketing / B2B sales within the travel and tourism industry (tours, ticketing, corporate travel, or related services).
Demonstrated success in acquiring, managing, and growing corporate client portfolios.
Extensive network and strong contacts in corporate companies, with the ability to reach and influence decision-makers.
Solid experience in B2B marketing, solution selling, and relationship management.
Essential Skills and Qualities
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to position offerings against competition.
High degree of initiative and ownership; able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with market trends, corporate travel patterns, and competitor offerings in both tours and flights.
Professional, confident, and polished approach in all client interactions.
Additional Requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Readiness for frequent client meetings, networking events, and corporate presentations as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools will be beneficial.
