Role Description This is a full-time Sales and Marketing Executive role based in the Kanyakumari district, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves planning and executing sales and marketing activities to drive growth across Enyard's service lines, including luxury transport, software solutions, and D2C e-commerce offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure. The Sales and Marketing Executive will support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams to align messaging, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and performance metrics. The role also includes preparing presentations and proposals, attending client meetings, gathering market feedback, and contributing insights to improve products, services, and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective campaigns and initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams clearly and professionally.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, relationship management, and closing deals.
  • Candidates should ideally have experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a hybrid setting, and adapt to a multi-business environment.
  • Fluency in English and relevant local languages, and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
