This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in Indore. The primary responsibilities include conducting market research, creating and implementing market plans, developing marketing strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, identifying potential customers, and contributing to the overall growth of the company in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies
• Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing to achieve business goals and drive growth
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and a result-oriented approach
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
