ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring a full-time Sales & Marketing Executive for a hybrid role based in Rajapalayam, combining on-site responsibilities with remote flexibility. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective marketing execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Identify, approach, and follow up with potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and coordinating B2B meetings.
  • Manage basic office operations, ensuring a professional setup for client interactions.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including social media and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and sales materials.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, B.Com, B.Sc (Marketing/Digital Marketing), or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
  • Experience in the food, Agriculture, green renewable energy or Construction industries is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
  • Willingness to travel across South India when necessary.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle.
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong typing skills and familiarity with business communication.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
