Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales and Marketing Engineer. The responsibilities include conducting market research to understand industry trends, generating leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and executing sales strategies to achieve targets. The role requires creating marketing plans to promote products, delivering presentations to stakeholders, and providing technical support to customers. Collaboration with the technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction is a core part of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Marketing skills to generate leads, promote products effectively, and meet targets
• Proficiency in Market Research and Analytical Skills to understand industry trends and develop strategic plans
• Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic on-site environment in Bengaluru
• Proven experience in customer relationship management and technical support
• Engineering degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with testing and measurement instruments and their applications is an advantage
• Diploma/ B.E.Electronics and telecommunications
