Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at DXL XPRESS & LOGISTIC SERVICES in Delhi, India. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and building relationships with clients. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective marketing campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

Prior experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences
Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and software
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Fluency in English and Hindi
Willingness to travel as required
