Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Associate specializing in wealth management. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities within wealth management, maintaining client relationships, and promoting financial products and services. The individual will also educate clients about AI-driven investment solutions, support marketing campaigns, and collaborate closely with the finance and technology teams to improve client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline
• Students graduating in 2026 can also apply and can be considered for Internship followed by PPO position
• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Investment Management skills to support client financial goals and manage portfolios
• Familiarity with Investments and Finance to understand market dynamics and advise clients effectively
• Knowledge of Insurance and other wealth protection tools to provide holistic financial solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and investment opportunities
• Prior experience or interest in FinTech and AI-driven solutions is an advantage
