About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through marketing activities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the construction and interior industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, promotional events, and other offline marketing activities.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local promotional and branding initiatives.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate reporting on leads and conversions.

Professionally represent the company during client meetings and industry gatherings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction or interior design industry.

Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

Willingness to travel extensively across Trivandrum and Kollam for business activities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
