Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Sales and Marketing Associate. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining relationships with clients, promoting products, and meeting sales targets. The role includes identifying customer needs, providing relevant product and service solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting training sessions as needed. The candidate will represent the company at meetings, events, and presentations to build customer relationships and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and share knowledge effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled at working in a team
- Proficiency in market research and industry trends
- Educational background in Engineering, Business Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in technology-based solutions or a related field is a plus
