Location: Greater Noida | Full-time | On-site

The Role
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing professional with hands-on Prepress/ Printing experience who can manage customer relationships and drive packaging projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Handle enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Coordinate Proforma Invoices (PI), order confirmations and order processing.
- Follow up with clients for artwork, approvals, payments and other requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Project Ownership
- Take projects from enquiry → quotation → PI/order → artwork → colour approval → production → dispatch.
- Coordinate between the client, design/prepress team and flexo/production plant.
- Ensure timelines, specifications and customer expectations are met.
Prepress & Printing
- Guide the design team based on client and print requirements.
- Understand colour matching, Pantone/CMYK, separations and flexographic printing.
- Coordinate colour matching and approvals with the production team.
- Troubleshoot artwork and print-related issues.
Marketing
- Support LinkedIn, presentations, brochures and other marketing activities.
- Assist in showcasing Paras Printpack's capabilities and projects.
Who We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in flexible packaging / printing / prepress.
- Strong understanding of printing and prepress.
- Experience in sales, client servicing or project coordination.
- Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Someone proactive who can own a project rather than simply coordinate it.
The ideal person can talk to the customer, make the quotation raise the PI, brief the designer, discuss colour with the plant — and see the project through to dispatch.
