Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales and Lead Conversion professional. The role involves managing customer inquiries, nurturing leads, converting prospects into sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to queries, providing consultations, understanding customer needs, and ensuring follow-through to meet sales targets. Regular interactions with clients, maintaining sales records, and collaborating with team members to improve sales strategies will be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their queries.
  • Experience in Sales and Lead Conversion, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Skills in Training and Coaching, with the ability to guide and support team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Sales Management, including maintaining records, analyzing sales data, and optimizing strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset.
