Role Description

The Sales and Investor Relations Lead will play a key role in fostering relationships with investors and driving sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential investors, cultivating long-term relationships, managing sales and customer engagement strategies, providing professional training sessions, and representing the company in meetings or events to expand its reach and impact.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with investors and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and manage sales processes efficiently.
  • Training and coaching capabilities to empower team members and drive performance improvement.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to a growing startup.
  • Experience in or knowledge of investment landscapes and entrepreneurial ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
