We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Executive Assistant to help us secure new clients, primarily through calls and emails, with occasional in-person meetings. This role also includes supporting the CEO with daily operational tasks, offering you a unique blend of sales and leadership exposure.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other platforms.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Sales Presentations: Showcase our products/services to clients and tailor presentations to their needs.
- Negotiations & Closures: Drive contract negotiations and close deals efficiently.
- Executive Support: Assist the CEO with scheduling, communications, and operational tasks to ensure seamless management.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
