Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru and Hyderaba
d for a Sales and Design Executive. The role involves understanding client requirements to design customized modular kitchens aligned with their preferences and needs. The Sales and Design Executive will collaborate on design solutions, provide recommendations, and generate layouts using design tools. Responsibilities include guiding customers through the sales process, maintaining branding standards in designs, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree Civil or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Marketing or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales and design of modular kitchens / interiors / furniture.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling client projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Lead Management
- Schedule appointments and meet new prospective clients.
- Conduct close follow-up on inbound (IB) leads to convert them into confirmed orders.
- Maintain professional relationships and ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
2. Site Visits & Design Development
- Visit client locations across Bengaluru for site measurements and requirement discussions.
- Create kitchen designs based on current trends and customer preferences using design software.
- Prepare mood boards, 3D visuals, and presentations to help clients visualize concepts.
- Collaborate with internal designers, architects, and contractors as needed to finalize designs.
3. Sales & Business Growth
- Ensure continuous growth in the retail segment through proactive sales and networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify short-term and long-term business growth opportunities in the modular kitchen segment.
- Promote new products, finishes, and ongoing offers to attract potential customers.
4. Project Execution & Documentation
- Plan and coordinate kitchen installation activities with the operations team.
- Prepare and submit all required documentation for order processing and client approval.
- Present project walkthroughs for confirmed orders to ensure clarity on deliverables.
- Follow up with clients for payments as per company policy and ensure timely collections.
5. Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and strive to achieve 5-star ratings and referral business.
- Handle customer feedback, delivery schedules, and after-sales service effectively.
- Maintain professional relationships with all clients and ensure repeat business opportunities.
6. Reporting & Market Feedback
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide periodic feedback on retail sales trends and product performance.
- Submit accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and revenue reports to management.
7. Team & Leadership Contribution
- Maintain strong coordination with showroom, production, and installation teams.
- Motivate and guide junior team members to deliver quality customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and present solutions
- Proficiency in graphic design and branding, including the use of design tools
- Experience in project management to coordinate and oversee timelines and deliverables
- Capability to understand customer needs and create customized kitchen designs
- A keen eye for details, creativity, and problem-solving ability
- Prior experience in modular kitchens, interior design, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
