About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and responsibleSales & Customer Support Internto assist with customer communication, order confirmations, and sales follow-ups for our growing fashion brand. The role involves interacting directly with customers, handling queries, and supporting both retail and wholesale sales communication.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers on calls, managing messages professionally, and maintaining organized follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Website Order Confirmation
- Call customers to confirm website orders and verify order details before processing.
Abandoned Cart Follow-ups
- Contact customers who have added products to their cart but did not complete the purchase.
- Follow up with them and assist in converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
Customer Support & Query Handling
- Receive and manage customer calls and messages related to returns, exchanges, and order-related queries.
- Ensure timely responses and maintain a positive customer experience.
Wholesale Customer Communication
- Call wholesale customers to inform them about recent product launches.
- Share product photos and details with them and coordinate order inquiries.
Who We're Looking For
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone calls.
- Good spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, organized, and professional in handling customer interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- Basic familiarity with WhatsApp and phone-based communication.
