Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecom Trainer located in Gurgaon. The Telecom Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting assessments, creating training materials, and monitoring participant progress. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating telecom-related training sessions, developing training strategies, assessing trainee performance, and collaborating with team members to ensure training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in creating training materials and content
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
• Graduate from any stream
• Minimum 5 years work experience
• Minimum 3 years of training experience | Sector: Telecom/Handset/Retail/Bank
