Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Customer Executive to join our team at our office in Hisar, Haryana. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate sales operations, and promote the company's industrial and packaging products. Key responsibilities include processing orders, handling client inquiries, following up on leads, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include preparing sales reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing techniques, with a focus on relationship building and lead generation
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for conducting client interactions and negotiations
  • Organizational and Order Management skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to research customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Prior experience in trading or industrial supply sectors is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site in Hisar, Haryana
