Role Description

Build and nurture long-term relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and Developers to ensure products are integrated into project specifications. Drive business growth by securing high-value specifications and sales within the premium architectural and interior design segments. Identify upcoming high-value Infra developments early in the planning phase to gain a competitive advantage. Execute strategic outreach across Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Infrastructure projects. Maintain a robust project pipeline and provide market insights to align sales efforts. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in business development or professional sales. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, key account management
  • Demonstrated experience with sales planning and execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • specification generation with architects and designers is a must
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • self driven and highly motivated sales resource, maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline
  • should have a valid driving license
