Sales and Business Development Lead at Soulverse

Location: Remote

Experience: 3-5 years (Minimum 2+ years in Web3 ecosystem partnerships preferred)

About Soulverse:

Soulverse is building a unified decentralized wallet that integrates verifiable credentials, decentralized identity, and multi-asset management (crypto, NFTs, RWAs) into one secure platform. Our mission is to make digital identity, trust, and ownership simple and interoperable across Web3. We are hiring a Sales and Business Development Lead to drive ecosystem partnerships, integrations, and adoption.

Role overview:

The Sales and Business Development Lead will manage the full partnership lifecycle identifying opportunities, leading conversations, closing integration deals, and driving usage. You will collaborate with founders, product, community, and marketing to expand Soulverse's footprint across Web3 ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ecosystem & partnership development

Build and manage partnerships with L1/L2 chains, DeFi protocols, identity networks, NFT/gaming projects, RWA platforms, DApps, and Web3 tools.

Identify integration opportunities for authentication, credential issuance, asset flows, and user onboarding.

Drive joint GTM and co-marketing initiatives with partners.

2. Strategic BD & market expansion

Explore enterprise opportunities in decentralized identity, verifiable credentials, verification workflows, and RWA tokenization.

Build use cases for authentication, credentialing, and cross-chain asset workflows for B2B partners.

3. Full Sales and BD cycle ownership

Research prospects, initiate conversations, pitch Soulverse's solutions, and craft partnership proposals.

Lead negotiations, align on integration paths, prepare business cases, and drive closure.

Ensure successful partner onboarding and alignment across teams.

4. Traction tracking & followthrough

Monitor partner traction, including integration activity, adoption levels, user flows, and activation metrics.

Identify high-potential partners and run follow-up actions to convert traction into stronger usage (e.g., co-campaigns, user onboarding drives, feature integration nudges).

Work with product and tech teams to resolve partner roadblocks and maintain momentum.

Provide insights to leadership on which ecosystems or partnerships are scaling fastest.

5. Dashboard creation & performance visibility

Create and maintain BD dashboards tracking:

Use dashboard data to optimize prioritization, partner support, and GTM strategy.

Present weekly and monthly dashboards to the leadership including pipeline status, partner integration progress and active partners and follow ups.

6. Cross functional collaboration

Work with Product on feature requirements, integrations, and roadmap inputs.

Work with Marketing and Community teams on partner campaigns, communication, and activation.

Represent Soulverse at Web3 events, conferences, webinars, and ecosystem forums.

7. Market Intelligence

Monitor the identity, wallet, DID/VC, RWA, and asset management landscape for new opportunities.

Track industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging ecosystems.

8. Metrics & reporting

Provide structured reports on pipeline health, progress, traction, partner performance, and ecosystem insights.

Maintain accurate records of all BD activities.

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong Web3 BD, partnerships, or ecosystem development experience.

Good understanding of wallets, decentralized identity (SSI/DID/VC), crypto assets, NFTs, and RWAs.

Strong negotiation, pitching, and communication skills.

Ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.

Data-driven approach with familiarity in dashboards, reporting, and growth metrics.

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a high-speed, early-stage environment.
