Role Overview
We are hiring a motivated Sales & Business Development Intern to support our corporate sales, sponsorship, and partnership activities across Mumbai.
This is an on-ground role involving client meetings, conferences, brand outreach, and business development. The intern will get hands-on exposure to B2B sales and corporate relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outreach to brands, corporates, and agencies
* Arrange and attend client meetings
* Pitch sponsorship and partnership proposals
* Follow up on leads and negotiations
* Convert prospects into confirmed partners
* Support event marketing and collaborations
* Assist in contract and payment coordination
* Maintain basic lead and client records
* Coordinate with internal teams for execution
Eligibility & Requirements
* Basic experience or interest in sales, marketing, or business development
* Comfortable attending corporate meetings and events
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Confident in client interaction
* Willing to work on-field in Mumbai
* Self-motivated and target-oriented
Compensation, Allowances & Incentives
* Fixed Pay: 15,000 per month
