Key Responsibilities:

*Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target premium manufacturing clients.

*Build and nurture strong customer relationships by understanding machining needs and offering the right technical solutions.

*Conduct product presentations, technical discussions

*Keep updated with trends in machining technology, competitor offerings, and market insights.

*Maintain sales reports and forecasts, and consistently work towards achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

*Travel frequently across the NCR region for client meetings, demonstrations, and relationship management.

Required Qualifications:

*Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).

*36 years of experiencein technical or industrial sales roles (preferably in cutting tools, tooling solutions, or related engineering products).

*Solid understanding of machining processes, geometric tolerances, and engineering drawings.

*Ability to sell based on product performance and technological benefits rather than just price.

*Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

*Familiarity with customers and industries in NCR region is a strong advantage.

*We also welcome applicantswho have completed CNC Machinist certifications from ITIs or have worked at Indo German Tool Rooms.
