Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales and Account Manager. The role involves managing client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and account growth. Daily tasks include acquiring and onboarding new clients, driving lead generation efforts, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and achieving sales targets for offline and online payment products.Additionally, you will act as a liaison between clients and the company, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs proactively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Communication
- Ability to build relationships and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Effective problem-solving and team collaboration skills
- Prior experience in the payments or fintech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
