Job Title: Sales Analyst / Senior Sales Analyst

Role Overview: This role sits within the CEO's Office at Haber and is focused on driving day-to-day execution across the sales function. As a Sales Analyst, you will work directly with the CEO to ensure pipeline visibility, enforce execution discipline, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will act as an extension of the CEO in working with both the sales team and customers ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate CRM data, and strong deal progression. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role suited for someone who combines analytical rigor with strong communication and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & CEO Office Support
- Partner closely with the CEO on daily sales priorities, tracking deal progress and ensuring execution against key actions.
- Drive follow-ups with the sales team to ensure momentum across the pipeline and closure of critical action items.
- Act as a central point of coordination between the CEO and the sales team.
Customer Engagement
- Engage directly with customers on behalf of the CEO for follow-ups, information gathering, and coordination.
- Ensure timely communication, documentation, and closure of customer-related actions.
CRM Ownership
- Own end-to-end CRM hygiene across all active deals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and real-time updates.
- Perform data wrangling, cleanup, and structuring within CRM to improve pipeline visibility and usability.
Sales Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain daily sales reports and summaries for the CEO.
- Track key metrics such as pipeline health, deal movement, conversion trends, and bottlenecks.
- Identify inconsistencies or risks in data and proactively flag them.
Execution Discipline
- Ensure strong cadence on reporting, deal reviews, and internal communication.
- Drive accountability across stakeholders for timely updates and data accuracy.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- 37 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Founder's Office, or similar roles. Strong experience working with CRM systems (experience with custom/internal CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (data analysis, reporting, dashboards).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with both internal teams and customers.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset. Ability to work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
