Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode for a Sales & Tele Calling Executive. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers to promote Skillquest360's services, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships to drive growth. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information on services, and supporting training and sales activities. The role requires working collaboratively to achieve organizational sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, generate leads, and manage client relationships.
  • Knowledge or experience in Training services is an advantage to support and guide customers in their skill development journey.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a similar role and fluency in local languages is preferred but not mandatory.
