Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries while delivering exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from international clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
- Provide prompt and effective customer support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Requirements:- 13 years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Support (preferably in SaaS or IT industry)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:- Experience working with international clients (US/Canada market)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
