- Sales:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned regions.
- Develop strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Service & Support:
- Install, commission, and maintain packaging machinery at customer sites.
- Provide prompt technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Train customer staff on machine operation and upkeep.
- Coordinate with the head office/technical team for escalation of complex issues.
- Other:
- Prepare service reports, sales activity reports, and customer feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and professional support.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region for sales and service activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales/service of industrial machinery (packaging or similar industry preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across multiple locations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
