Role Overview:

The Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring seamless execution of outbound travel operations. This role requires strong expertise in B2B travel sales, group movements, international vendor management, and operational leadership.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex travel files, negotiating with global partners, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the entire travel lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, focusing on high-margin outbound destinations and large group movements, while driving revenue growth through strategic partner engagement and effective sales execution.
  • Design and present complex international MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) proposals, managing large-scale groups ranging from 50 to 1,500+ passengers, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of group travel programs.
  • Develop competitive B2B net rates and create professional whitelabel itineraries that enable travel partners and agents to effectively sell packages to their end clients.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of a booking, from inquiry handling and international costing to reservations, operational coordination, on-ground execution, and post-tour feedback.
  • Build, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with international DMCs, airlines, hotel chains, and transport providers to ensure competitive pricing, reliable service delivery, and premium travel experiences.
  • Continuously improve operational workflows to enhance response turnaround time (TAT) and ensure 100% accuracy in travel documentation, including vouchers, visas, confirmations, and itineraries.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational challenges, resolving issues such as flight disruptions, hotel discrepancies, last-minute itinerary changes, or emergency on-ground support to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in the travel industry with strong exposure to B2B travel operations and outbound destinations.
  • Strong knowledge of key outbound markets such as Europe, Dubai & Thailand, Bali and CIS destinations.
  • Experience working with international DMCs, airlines, hotel chains, and travel suppliers, with strong vendor negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams and oversee end-to-end travel operations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
