This fully remote role collaborates with a talented team across U.S. and international time zones. Standard working hours are 9:00am–6:00pm PT (Los Angeles) / 9:30pm–6:30am (+1 day) IST.

Sales & Executive Operations Coordinator – Role Overview

This position supports the CEO and Director of Accounts, sitting at the intersection of sales coordination, operations, and executive assistance. You'll manage communication, organize priorities, support sales processes, and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars - schedule times with prospects and CEO calls
  • Prepare documentation - contracts, SOWs and reports
  • Update Hubspot with sales activity and notes
  • Maintain repository of sales conversations and business details per client
  • Coordinate conversations for sales handoffs
  • Support the sales process with timely and accurate client data
  • Record all internal sales conversations for actions and next steps

Skills & Experience

  • Native/bilingual English; outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in executive support, sales coordination, or operations.
  • Strong with Google Suite, Slack, Trello/Asana, ChatGPT, Dropbox, and Notion.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred).
  • Excellent organization, time management, and detail orientation.
  • Ability to create polished documents and presentations.
  • Analytical ability to track KPIs and support forecasting.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $480 – $960 USD/month (depending on experience)
