Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Brand Pitching & Sales Manager who understands the business of creativity and knows how to convert ideas into revenue. If you come from a creative agency or production studio and have successfully sold storytelling-led solutions to brands, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic brand partnerships, and positioning the agency as a preferred creative partner for leading brands across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage mid-to-large brands across industries such as Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Pharma, DTC, Technology, Lifestyle, Entertainment, and Wellness.
  • Build and nurture relationships with CMOs, Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, and Creative Directors.
  • Drive outbound business development through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking events, referrals, and industry connections.
  • Own and manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, networking forums, and virtual conferences.
  • Track pipeline performance and contribute to revenue growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, brand partnerships, or sales within a creative agency, production house, or marketing services firm.
  • Strong network within the marketing, branding, and advertising ecosystem in India.
  • Understanding of motion design, video production, content marketing, or design-led services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and creative sensibility.
