Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar power solutions, including rooftop solar systems for commercial and residential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar power projects and products
- Promote rooftop solar solutions for residential and commercial customers
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand requirements
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Coordinate with technical teams for project feasibility and execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up for closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in solar power plant projects/products or rooftop solar sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of solar systems (commercial & residential)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Two Wheeler with Valid License
