Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all marketing and sales-related activities of the company.
  • Prepare and execute action plans.
  • Achieve marketing and sales objectives.
  • Handle customer enquiries with effective responses.
  • Maintain rapport with key accounts through periodic visits, exploring needs, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
  • Track sales orders to ensure timely scheduling and dispatch.
  • Contact potential customers to arrange appointments.
  • Prospect for new accounts to increase market penetration.
  • Resolve sales or dispatch-related issues with customers.
  • Make follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
  • Respond to sales queries via phone, email, and in writing.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, including weekly/monthly projections and performance reports.
