Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Operations Intern to support our outbound sales and growth strategy. You will work closely with the founding team to execute day-to-day tasks that keep our sales pipeline moving - from prospecting on LinkedIn to managing outreach workflows and tracking leads.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about sales and marketing. You do not need to be an expert - but you should be someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, and gets things done without constant hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scout and build prospect lists from LinkedIn based on target customer profiles
  • Track and manage open requests, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM or tracking sheet
  • Execute operational steps in our outbound sales sequences
  • Assist in personalizing and drafting outreach messages for prospects
  • Keep data clean and up to date across sales tools and spreadsheets
  • Support the team with research, reporting, and ad hoc marketing tasks
  • Identify patterns and flag potential improvements in the outbound process

What We Are Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, or a related field or someone who can show prior results to establish they're competent
  • Some prior experience or coursework in sales, marketing, or business development preferred
  • Comfortable navigating LinkedIn for prospecting and lead research
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail - you catch errors others miss
  • Good written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage tasks independently
