Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for generating leads through on-ground activities and converting them into customers. The role involves field marketing, events, and end-to-end sales closure.

• Generate leads via BTL activities (college activations, events, seminars)
• Conduct meetings, calls, and presentations to convert leads
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure
• Build partnerships with colleges/institutes
• Achieve monthly targets and track performance

• 25 years experience in Sales / Field Marketing / BTL
• Experience in EdTech / Education preferred
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Comfortable with field work and targets
