We are looking for an energetic, highly communicative, and growth-oriented professional who can independently handle the complete sales and customer journey - from lead generation to customer onboarding and relationship management.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive who can actively drive business growth by managing:

  1. Lead generation
  2. Product demos
  3. Client communication
  4. Basic marketing coordination

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive and vibrant personality, and the ability to confidently present TalentzQ's vision to HR leaders and decision makers.

Inital job location is Kochi.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  1. Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, calls, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
  2. Schedule and conduct product demos for potential clients
  3. Understand customer hiring challenges and position TalentzQ solutions effectively
  4. Follow up consistently and maintain sales pipeline updates
  5. Support founder/leadership team in closing deals
Marketing & Brand Support
  1. Coordinate marketing campaigns and outreach activities
  2. Support social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and email marketing initiatives
  3. Work closely with the internal team to improve customer engagement

Preferred Candidate Profile
  1. 1–3 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Success
  2. Preferred experience in:
  3. HR solutions
  4. Recruitment industry
  5. HR Tech / SaaS products
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Energetic, self-driven, and confident personality
  8. Strong follow-up and relationship-building capability
  9. Comfortable speaking with HR managers, founders, and business leaders
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

Bonus Skills
  1. Experience using CRM tools
  2. Familiarity with recruitment processes
  3. Digital marketing or social media handling experience
  4. Basic understanding of SaaS sales cycles
