We are looking for an energetic, highly communicative, and growth-oriented professional who can independently handle the complete sales and customer journey - from lead generation to customer onboarding and relationship management.
Role OverviewWe are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive who can actively drive business growth by managing:
- Lead generation
- Product demos
- Client communication
- Basic marketing coordination
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive and vibrant personality, and the ability to confidently present TalentzQ's vision to HR leaders and decision makers.
Inital job location is Kochi.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, calls, networking, referrals, and digital outreach
- Schedule and conduct product demos for potential clients
- Understand customer hiring challenges and position TalentzQ solutions effectively
- Follow up consistently and maintain sales pipeline updates
- Support founder/leadership team in closing deals
Marketing & Brand Support
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and outreach activities
- Support social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and email marketing initiatives
- Work closely with the internal team to improve customer engagement
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Success
- Preferred experience in:
- HR solutions
- Recruitment industry
- HR Tech / SaaS products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Energetic, self-driven, and confident personality
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building capability
- Comfortable speaking with HR managers, founders, and business leaders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
Bonus Skills
- Experience using CRM tools
- Familiarity with recruitment processes
- Digital marketing or social media handling experience
- Basic understanding of SaaS sales cycles
