Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Associate will support the sales team by executing marketing collaterals, digital ads, client communication, and event-related requirements. This role is focused on timely execution, coordination, and follow-through, ensuring that all sales-support marketing activities are delivered accurately, on brand, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Ad Execution (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X)
- Create static and basic video ads using Canva based on approved briefs and concepts.
- Adapt creatives across multiple formats and placements.
- Coordinate with designers for advanced creatives when required.
- Ensure all ads align with current project priorities and messaging.
2. Ad Copy & Content Drafting
- Draft short-form copy for Meta, Google, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn ads.
- Make revisions based on feedback and performance requirements.
- Ensure consistency with brand tone and approved narratives.
3. Sales Collateral Execution
- Assist in execution and updates of brochures, decks, one-pagers, flyers, standees, and sales kits.
- Coordinate with designers and external vendors for print and digital collaterals.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure timely delivery.
4. Presentations & Decks
- Create, update, and maintain sales presentations in approved formats.
- Ensure accuracy of information, visuals, pricing, and layouts.
- Support the sales team with customised decks when required.
5. Client Communication Support
- Draft WhatsApp messages, emailers, and follow-up communication for sales outreach.
- Coordinate with the designer for final layouts where needed.
- Maintain consistency in tone, clarity, and project messaging.
6. Competitor & Market Tracking
- Track competitor projects, pricing, offers, ads, and communication styles.
- Maintain an updated tracker and share periodic summaries with the team.
7. Sales Event Collateral & Support
- Execute all collateral required for sales events invitations, brochures, posters, digital screens, and handouts.
- Coordinate with designers, printers, and internal teams for timely delivery.
- Support pre-event and post-event communication requirements.
8. Shoot Coordination Support
- Assist with planning and coordination of shoots for ads or project content.
- Prepare basic shot lists from approved concepts.
- Coordinate with photographers/videographers and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing, or agency execution roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and vendors.
- Ability to take clear briefs and execute independently.
