Sales & Lead Generation Partner

100% Commission-Based

GenZCoderBuddy is looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Partner to help us reach more students, professionals, and potential customers.

If you're good at finding people, starting conversations, following up, and closing sales, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, communities, cold outreach, and other channels.
• Identify people who are genuinely interested in learning coding, AI, GenAI, and technology.
• Reach out to potential customers and introduce them to GenZCoderBuddy's programs.
• Understand their requirements and answer basic questions about our offerings.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Convert leads into successful registrations.
• Maintain a record of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Continuously experiment with new ways to generate and convert leads.

Compensation — 15% Commission

This is a purely commission-based role with NO fixed salary.

You will earn:

15% commission on every successful registration you generate.

For example:

₹10,000 course → ₹1,500 commission per registration

10 registrations → ₹15,000 commission

20 registrations → ₹30,000 commission

There is no fixed earning limit. Your earnings depend entirely on the number of successful registrations you bring in.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Is comfortable with cold calling/cold messaging.
• Can independently find and approach potential customers.
• Is persistent with follow-ups.
• Understands basic sales and lead-generation techniques.
• Is target-driven and motivated by commission-based earnings.
• Can confidently explain and promote our programs.
• Takes ownership instead of waiting for leads to be provided.

Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Freshers who are confident communicators and genuinely interested in sales are welcome to apply.
