Overview

The Sales & Growth Lead at Ladies Who Lead (LWL) is responsible for driving revenue through memberships, and program-led sales. This role focuses on building strong relationships with brands, organizations, and individuals aligned with LWL's mission, while achieving defined revenue targets.

The Sales Manager will work closely with Programming, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to convert opportunities into long-term, value-driven collaborations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our membership base.
  2. Willingness to do outreach, digital and external physical events to get sales leads.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies while following SOPs to achieve growth targets and contribute to the long-term vision of Ladies Who Lead.
  4. Cooperate and enable the team to grow together. Receptive to new ideas/processes.
  5. Collaborate with the engagement and marketing team to align sales strategies with our brand positioning and community engagement initiatives.
  6. Willing to attend in-house events and take part in on-ground responsibilities if and when required.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Skillset

  1. Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within the membership-based or
  2. community-driven sectors.
  3. Comfortable with report writing, documentation and database updation. Basic knowledge of Word,
  4. Excel, PowerPoint, canvas etc is important.
  5. Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Comfortable with networking, and communicating with prospects as well as LWL members (good
  7. social and people skills).
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales or a related field.
