About the Role
Palette Paperworks is hiring 2 Sales & Growth Interns for a commission-based internship focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and business development in the creative industry.
This role is best suited for self-driven individuals who are comfortable with outreach, networking, and performance-based growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify potential client leads
- Conduct initial discovery and sales calls
- Support deal closures with the founders
- Attend networking events and industry meetups in Bangalore
- Maintain daily lead updates in shared tracking sheets
Performance Expectations
- Month 1: 12 closed deals
- Month 2: 24 closed deals
- Month 3: 46 closed deals
A deal is considered closed once advance payment is received.
Earnings & Incentives
- 8% commission on every closed deal (uncapped)
- Typical deal sizes:
- Web Development: 60,000
- Branding Projects: 34 Lakhs
- Commission paid pro-rata as client payments are received

Career Progression
High-performing interns may be offered a full-time Growth Associate role with a competitive base salary and incentives.
