Responsibilities
1. Sales & Growth Activities
- Understand potential customer needs and clearly articulate how AiCodePro solves their business challenges.
- Deliver engaging product demos and walkthroughs highlighting AI website creation, performance, and SEO/GEO value.
- Qualify inbound leads and support the sales funnel through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Work closely with founders and sales leadership to improve acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
2. Customer Success & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
- Help customers onboard smoothly and achieve quick wins using the platform.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide clear solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to guide users confidently across features and use cases.
- Capture customer feedback and support insights to improve the product experience.
3. Collaboration & Reporting
- Share structured feedback and insights with product, tech, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with marketing on customer stories, use cases, and onboarding improvements.
- Track customer interactions, conversions, and success metrics to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS (Sales, Customer Success, Support, or similar roles)
- Experience in customer success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable explaining tech products in simple, business-friendly language
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership
- Excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment focused on AI and innovation
