Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve service-related queries, coordinate with operations, and ensure timely updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the CRM system.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up for feedback or repeat business.
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Follow up on new leads generated through calls, walk-ins, website enquiries, and social media.
- Explain Cloud Dhobi's service offerings, pricing, and plans to potential customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders or subscription packages.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., premium care, bulk washes, subscription plans).
Coordination & Follow-ups
- Coordinate with logistics/operations for pickup & delivery updates.
- Track order status and proactively inform customers about delays or special instructions.
- Support promotional campaigns, membership drives, and festive offers.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily call logs, sales conversion reports, and customer issue reports.
- Share weekly performance updates with the Team Lead.
Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in CRM, customer service, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Good understanding of sales fundamentals and customer handling.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure professionally.
- Basic computer/CRM software knowledge.
