About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Trainer to train our India-based sales and recruiting team that serves the US staffing market.
You will be responsible for coaching recruiters and business development executives on how to identify prospects, generate leads, book meetings, and win new staffing clients in the United States.
This is a practical coaching role where you will mentor the team through real-world sales situations.
Responsibilities
- Train the team on US staffing business development
- Teach cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and appointment setting
- Coach recruiters on client acquisition strategies
- Conduct mock sales calls and role-play sessions
- Build training materials and sales playbooks
- Improve outreach messaging and conversion rates
- Monitor performance and provide continuous coaching
- Help implement AI tools to improve productivity
Requirements
- 5+ years of US staffing business development experience
- Experience training or leading recruitment sales teams
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry
- Experience with CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Comfortable working with remote teams
