Role Description

This is an unpaid internship role for a Sales & Client Acquisition Intern in IT Services, based in Pune City with a hybrid work model offering some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and promoting the company's services. Responsibilities include conducting client outreach, coordinating meetings, maintaining sales pipelines, supporting sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to the company's standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
  • Foundational knowledge in Sales and Sales Management to support client acquisition strategies and processes.
  • Ability to participate in Training sessions and implement learnings to improve sales performance.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
